Attachments not showing in IE8 because of jpg mimetype + nosniff
Hello, we found out this on a client's server, so I am not sure if this depends on a specific server setup. Anyhow, it should not.
The nosniff header in the attachment.php causes attachments not to show in IE8 if the jpg mimetype is returned as "image/jpg" instead of "image/jpeg".
So this line in attachment.php, when commented out:Code: header('X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff');

Makes things work again. Of course, this is not a good idea, so for the time being I just added Code: $header = str_replace('image/jpg','image/jpeg',$header);
